Hot foil printing, also known as foil stamping or foil embossing, is a printing technique that uses heat and pressure to transfer metallic or colored foils onto various materials. The process involves using a heated die that presses the foil onto the surface, leaving a shiny and reflective impression.

Minimum order:
All custom printed orders must meet a minimum quantity of 144 combined boxes. You may order a combination of boxes to meet this minimum order quantity. Any order that does not meet the minimum requirement will be canceled and refunded. Paper tote bags may be printed upon request; Please contact us for more information.
Artwork:
All artwork for imprinting must be in a PDF file format. All artwork submitted must be black & white only(White background with black image). It is highly recommended that your image quality is 300 DPI or more to ensure a high quality final product. Any artwork that contains fine lines and details may appear smudged on smaller sized items (less than 1") For best results, all fonts on artwork should be of similar sizing and boldness. Artwork may be rejected if all conditions are not met.
Size:
The maximum printing area for any product is up to 1.75" x 2" (may vary based on artwork). Your artwork will be sized to fit the smallest product in your order. If you require more than one size print for your products you will need to purchase additional plates to accommodate for additional sizes.

Production Time:
Production time for all new imprinting orders that require a new plate will be approximately 3 weeks from the date your order is placed. If we already have your plate on file, and you are placing a repeat order, we will have your order ready in approximately 7-10 business days. Large orders may require additional production time. Return Policy:
All custom printed products are non-refundable, however, we will provide a sample image before production for your approval.
